We are seeking a compassionate and skilled therapist to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Qualifications:

- Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field from an accredited institution.

- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in Illinois (LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, etc.).

- Demonstrated proficiency in conducting therapy sessions and implementing evidence-based interventions.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with diverse client populations.

- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of best practices in the field.

- Experience working in a private practice setting preferred but not required.
