Private Pay
Some clients prefer to self-pay and do not submit through insurance. Payments are accepted through the client portal. We ask that you keep a credit card on file in the secure client portal. Payments are processed at the time of service.
Rates
Individual Therapy
$175 - diagnostic evaluation intake/ $145 - therapy sessions
Couples Counseling
$225 - diagnostic evaluation intake/ $175 - therapy sessions.
Yoga Therapy
$145 - individual yoga therapy sessions.

Out of Network Benefits
You may be eligible for out-of-network benefits where you pay for a portion of the session. If you are interested in using out-of-network benefits and receiving a superbill to submit to insurance, begin by calling the phone number on the back of your insurance card to determine eligibility, requirements, and deductible and coverage amounts. Please note you will be responsible for the full fee at the time of the services.
Cancellations
Life happens, and you may need to reschedule your appointment. Please reschedule with 24-hour notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24-hour notice will be charged a full session fee.
